Ina-Garten
Ina Garten, an American writer of cookery cookbooks and Emmy Award-winning host for Food Network's longest-running program Barefoot Contessa that debuted in 2002, has 27 seasons to 2020. Ina started her career as a writer at the White House, writing the nuclear energy budget and policy documents. Although she found her job interesting initially, she eventually dropped interest and purchased a small specialty food store - Barefoot Contessa. Prior to selling the company, she spent an entire 18 years transforming it into an extremely successful business. Then, a number of cookbooks were published and she also contributed to magazine articles. Between them the Food Network show was also successful. The company sells numerous products, from ingredients for food preparation to kitchenware, storage and even cooking equipment. Ina did not go to a cooking school and has not been employed in restaurants. Ina is completely self-taught. Ina's easygoing style of entertaining as well as her simple cooking style is well-known. Her most well-known dishes include Skillet with roasted lemon chicken and Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac & cheese Beef Bourguignon. Balsamic roast Brussels Sprouts, Lemon Bars and Mac & cheese.
