Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. Following her decision to quit gymnastics She began competing in fitness competitions when she was 16 years old. The Pro Card was only awarded one year later at the age of 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. Following her decision to quit gymnastics and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness competitions as a teenager. In just one year she was granted her professional card when she was 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. Ariel took a six-year break from performing after earning her professional card in order to further her studies. After completing her college education Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. She picked up where she left off in previous events, such as those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. After the initial event for a number of years, aiming for bigger and better goals every year. By the end of 2009 she had won four fitness awards. Also, 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of one of the IFBB's Fitness Pros with the smallest age ever. Ariel was on a break for a while when she earned her Professional card in order to earn her college degree. She made a comeback in October 2015 with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She came in third at the competition. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified for Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage just three months later, and took sixth place at the Fitness Division. Ariel admits she didn't have any expectation. She was happy about her position. Given that she competed against the top athletes. Ariel is getting stronger every year. Ariel loves working out the lower part of her back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of lat pulldowns with a single arm and pullups using the machine as well as bent-over rows. The first step is warming up before moving on to the sets she works on. Ariel is also known for making use of every minute. How she does this is by supersetting the back exercises she does. Four or three supersets of 10--12 reps are completed.
